About EmoMood
A quiet space to notice how you feel. No pressure, no performance, no tracking, just a small daily moment that becomes more meaningful over time.
Why EmoMood exists
Why only emojis?
Because feelings rarely fit into words. An emoji is enough to acknowledge a moment, without forcing it into language or analysis.
Why no streaks?
Streaks turn presence into performance. Some days you'll come back, some days you won't. Both are okay. There is nothing to lose by being away.
Why no scores?
Emotions are not numbers. There is no good or bad day to rank, no progress bar to fill. Your feelings are simply yours.
Why is writing optional?
Some days you'll have words. Most days, you won't. A check-in is meaningful even when it's just a color and a breath.
Why does privacy matter?
Your emotional history is one of the most personal things you have. It belongs to you. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we don't use it to advertise anything to you.
Why is EmoMood free?
Because no one should have to pay to look inward. Everything is open to everyone. A voluntary contribution is possible if EmoMood has meant something to you. Never required.
No performance. No pressure. No judgment. Just a small daily moment to notice how you feel.
How it works
EmoMood unfolds slowly. The more you return, the more it becomes yours. Here is what gradually appears.
1. Daily check-in
Choose an emotion in a few seconds. No words, no rating, no pressure to explain.
2. Your sky
Each day quietly becomes part of your constellation. A soft map of how you've been moving through time.
3. Your garden
Your garden grows from your emotional history. Different feelings give it different shapes, in their own way.
4. Reflections
Over time, gentle patterns and observations may appear. Never clinical, never pushy. Just a quiet read on what's been showing up.
5. Letters to your future self
You can leave a few words for the future, and receive some of them back later, like a soft note arriving from a past version of you.
6. Your story
Months and years slowly become a personal archive of moments. Nothing dramatic. Just your own quiet line through time.
There's no rush, and nothing to complete. EmoMood becomes more meaningful the longer you stay.
